Match a word and its definition to make eggs for the hua mei's nest.
  1. Write each word below on a
    paper strip.
  2. Write a definition on separate
    paper strips. Use your own
    words for the definitions.
  3. Put the word and definition
    strips in the container. Mix
    them.
  4. A partner looks through the
    "nest" and finds a word and
    its matching definition. He or
    she puts the two matching
    strips in an "egg" and places
    it back in the container.
  5. Repeat until all "eggs" are
    complete.

  2. Your questions should be

    traditions, including foods, languages, family, and
    celebrations.
  3. Use research materials to
    learn the answers to your
    questions.
  4. Write the facts on the fact
    cards.
