Viewing and Editing Class Details

After creating a class/group, you can view or edit the details of that class/group on the Class/Group Details page. You can change the information for a class/group at any time.

To view class details:

  1. On your home page, click Go to Class/Group Management.

On your top navigation menu, select Classes and then click Manage classes. The My Classes and Groups page appears.

  1. In the Class/Group Name column, click a linked class or group name to view the related details. The Class Details page appears.

  2. Review the class or group information.

  3. Click Save.

Class Access Code

A class access code is required for registration. If you choose to have your students register themselves (as detailed in Step 7 below), the class access code enrolls them in your class and licenses them to use the products associated with the class.

Note: If you have already enrolled students in the class or you plan to, disregard the class access code.

To edit class details:

  1. On your home page, click Go to Class/Group Management.

On your top navigation menu, select Classes and then click Manage classes. The My Classes and Groups page appears.

  1. In the Class/Group Name column, click a linked class or group name to view the related details. The Class/Group Details page appears.

  2. In the Class/Group name field, type the new name of the class or group.

  3. In the Period number field, type a new class period.

  4. In the Section ID field, type a new class section.

  5. Click Current or Expired to select the status of the class.

The Number of students text displays the number of students in the class. This number changes automatically when you add or remove students from this class.

  1. If you want to have your students register themselves, click the Click here to access and print registration information that you can hand out to your students link. The Registration/Enrollment Instructions page appears. It contains the Class access code and step-by-step instructions for your students to guide them through the self-registration process.

  1. In the Products list, select or clear the appropriate product check boxes. Note: Selected products include all of the components listed for that product. To view the components included in the product, click to expand the list.

  2. Click Save.
